Former NBA champion and the best character to pick in NBA Jam Dennis Rodman has been speaking about the recent events with Sony Pictures and North Korea.
Wow, let's just take a minute and look at that sentence again.
Moving on. Rodman, who has a close relationship with North Korean dictator / Bond villain Kim Jong-Un, was interviewed recently and the question of Seth Rogen's widely-panned comedy The Interview came up for discussion.
"They're doing a movie about North Korea and it's a comedy. And I went cool, cool cool. The next thing you know, I'm seeing some of the pieces, and he wants to go kill this guy? That ain't funny. That is not funny," Rodman explained.
Rodman has visited North Korea several times and produced a documentary about his experiences, imaginatively titled Dennis Rodman's Big Bang in Pyongyang.

According to Rodman, Seth Rogen and the producers behind The Interview contacted him regarding the film when it was in production, however scheduling conflicts meant that it didn't happen for them.
Rodman has since offered Rogen a trip to North Korea to see the country for himself, as Rodman has almost unfettered access to the country.
Again, we have to stress how bat-shit this all is - basketball player is the only diplomatic link to a Stalinist dictatorship. Amazing. What a time to be alive.
As for Sony Hack, Rodman believes North Korea wasn't to blame. Surprise, surprise. The basketball player defended the Hermit Kingdom and expressed incredulity over their hacking of a movie.
"If they could hack anything in the world, they'd hack a movie? Really?"
As for The Interview itself, the film will soon be released via Netflix US at the end of the month. It's not yet known if it will be added to the UK / Ireland library of Netflix.
