After the character when down a storm with audiences and critics in Tropic Thunder and the recent MTV Movie Awards, Tom Cruise's incarnation of movie mogul, Les Grossman is to get his very own movie.

Ben Stiller spewed in a statement: "Les Grossman's life story is an inspiring tale of the classic human struggle to achieve greatness against all odds. He has assured me he plans to, quote, ‘F**king kill the sh**t out of this movie and make Citizen f**king Kane look like a piece of crap home movie by the time we are done.’ I am honoured to be working with him."

I'm assuming that Stiller is directing - by the sounds of it - while scripting duties will fall to Michael Bacall, who just penned the much buzzed about Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World.
