The story, based on the children's book series by author Norman Bridwell, sees a young girl discover a magical small red puppy, who grows to gargantuan size overnight. As you can see in the trailer below, the movie is full of slapstick comedy, Jack Whitehall ('Bad Education') with an American accent, dogs eating other dogs, and it's all set to BTS track 'Dynamite'.
Starring Darby Camp ('The Christmas Chronicles'), Tony Hale ('Arrested Development'), Kenan Thompson ('SNL') and John Cleese ('Fawlty Towers'), the family adventure movie will hit Irish cinemas later in 2021.
