Sickeningly young Chronicle helmer Josh Trank is currently a hot property in Hollywood, having guided the $12 million movie to stellar box-office. He's now developing his own project, graphic novel adaptation, The Red Star says Deadline.
The comic is set in an "alternate USSR where futuristic technology co-mingles with magical elements, while the protagonist is a Red Fleet soldier who goes up against an ex-leader who rules with an iron fist." Trank is also being linked with possible franchises; Spiderman spin-off Venom amongst them.
He's 27. Jaysus.
