It was confirmed late last night that Vincent D'Onofrio, who you may know from Law & Order: Criminal Intent or as Private Pyle from Full Metal Jacket, will be playing the villain of Jurassic World. The fifth instalment in the series, Jurassic World will star Lego Movie / Parks & Recreation star Chris Pratt as the lead character.
Bryce Dallas Howard, daughter of director Ron Howard and star of Terminator: Salvation and The Help, is in talks to join the film. Jeff Goldblum, who played Dr. Malcolm in the first two films, hasn't been called yet which is an absolute travesty as far as we're concerned. Directed by Colin Trevorrow, the new film is due to start filming shortly and will be produced by Steven Spielberg.
