This will be Hopkins' debut in the Transformers franchise and he's set to star alongside returning heroes from previous installments, Mark Wahlberg and Josh Duhamel. There are as of yet no details on the character Hopkins will be playing.
Transformers: The Last Knight is expected to be a benchmark installment for the franchise as Paramount recently announced that they were assembling a writer's room to plot out the future of the series with spinoffs expected alongside chapters continuing the current story.
