What did you make of Anne Hathaway's interpretation of Catwoman/Selina Kyle in Chris Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises? We were largely on the fence. Yes, she had the whole sexy, stealthy thing down pat, but at some points, we found her attempted oral huskiness and over-alliteration a little grating. Whether you loved or loathed her, Chris Nolan was surely impressed. So much so, he's just cast her in his next big project, Interstellar. For this movie, the Oscar winning actress will star opposite Matthew McConaughey. Despite hitting a few bumps along the road (Failure to Launch, anyone?), McConaughey is proving an incredibly interesting actor, capable of slotting into a variety of roles. We've been rather impressed with his choices of late, such as Magic Mike and The Paperboy, serving to elevate him entirely above the romcom dross that went before. Hathaway will star as the female lead, however her exact role remains unspecified.

As per Deadline, plot details are scarce, but what we can expect is for the story to centre around the study of wormholes and the belief that their existence could potentially allow for time travel. Interesting indeed. And you just know it'll be as slick as they come, what with the visionary Nolan behind the camera.
