You've voted in your droves for The Erics, and for the movie fans among you, we can now reveal that Ireland's Favourite Movie of 2013, according to you folk, was The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

Taking the gong for Ireland's Favourite Movie, the second installment to this much adored book-turned-film franchise won with 34% of the vote. Losing out narrowly to J-Law's actioner was Alfonso Cuaron's Oscar nominated Gravity which came in second place.

So there you have it. If this isn't enough of a ringing endorsement to go and feast your mince pies on both of these movies (if you haven't already, of course), I don't know what is. The Oscars? Pffft. It's all about The Erics.
