Fresh from her stint in Ireland this summer, the star has promised "a lot more singing and a lot more dancing" from the upcoming Disney sequel.
Amy Adams has promised that 'Disenchanted' will be the all-singing all-dancing extravaganza that we've been waiting for.
Speaking with Jimmy Fallon on his 'Tonight Show', the actor briefly mentioned her time spent filming the eagerly awaited sequel, which will probably be one of the biggest Disney+ draws in Ireland when it releases next year, following the majority of the production having been filmed in and around county Wicklow.
The star said: "It was a lot of fun to film, we filmed it in Ireland. Everyone's back, there's also great additions to the cast - we have Maya Rudolph and a bunch of other great people. She's amazing. She plays the baddie so we get to have a lot of fun together.
"There's a lot more singing and a lot more dancing, which was humbling."
The 'Enchanted' movie was released in 2007, meaning that when its sequel hits screens next year, the film will be 15 years old. The original cast of Patrick Dempsey, Idina Menzel and James Marsden will be back for the follow-up, as well as the aforementioned Maya Rudolph as the new baddie on the scene, Malvina Monroe.
A number of additional cast have been added this time around, including Jayma Mays from 'Glee' and 'Community' star Yvette Nicole Brown. Oscar Nuñez from 'The US Office' will also be part of the cast.
