No one over this side of the pond really embraced it when it was initially released, but there's going to be sequel to My Big Fat Greek Wedding - and original stars Nia Vardalos and John Corbett will return.
The first film is one of the biggest independent grossers of all time; pulling a mammoth $240 million in at the American box office. That said. a short lived tv series on CBS called My Big Fat Greek Life starring Vardalos, died right on its arse.
Rita Wilson and her slightly more famous husband, Tom Hanks, produced the first flick, and will both return for the sequel which, according to THR will centre on the main couple having a nipper.
