HULK SMASH PUNY BANNER! Ahem! Sorry about that. Yes, there is definitely room in my heart for the other jolly green giant. With the release of his latest antics in the cinema, it was only a matter of time before some Hollywood accountant screamed "cash in!".

Right, this is the official game - whatever that means. It loosely follows the events of the film, although it takes time to introduce a heap of new characters and baddies to stomp, and offers a sandbox environment with a supposedly indestructible city to destroy.

The problem is that there already was a HULK game, two in fact; an official HULK game after Ang Lee's epic flop, and then a completely independent game called 'The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction' (which was bloody great fun.)

While they did manage to round up the cast for the voices - which adds a bit of presence - this is a pretty weak comparison to previous titles. The lean, green, wreckin' machine is surprisingly clunky, and not all that strong - which is a let-down, really.
