'Zombieland: Double Tap' will hit theatres later this year.

'Zombieland' arrived 10 years ago, back when Emma Stone was just that girl from 'Superbad.' While the movie was a hit, a sequel to the oddball zombie comedy has been moving at a zombie-pace for a number of years. However, 2019 will finally be the year we get to see it.

The upcoming sequel has revealed its full title, as well as our first look at the quartet's new look. On seeing Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, and Stone together again, their appearances haven't changed dramatically - it's Abigail Breslin's Little Rock that has made the biggest transformation. When the original film was released, Breslin was only 13 years old.

Here's our first look at the rag-tag team below, in a very on-trend 10 year challenge.

A brief synopsis for 'Zombieland: Double Tap' reveals that:

"Columbus, Tallahasse, Wichita, and Little Rock move to the American heartland as they face off against evolved zombies, fellow survivors, and the growing pains of the snarky makeshift family."

Apparently, there are going to be "super zombies" present in the sequel - which makes sense, because if humanity hasn't evolved much in 10 years, at least the zombies have.

The other "fellow survivors" that are said to make an appearance include 'Daredevil' and 'Luke Cage' actress Rosario Dawson, 'Ghostbusters' Dan Akyroyd, and Zoey Deutch from 'Everybody Wants Some!' Bill Murray is currently down on the cast list too; but the last we saw of him, he was definitely not alive.

Ruben Fleischer is returning to directing duties, fresh from his 'Venom' outing; while 'Deadpool' writers Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese have written the script.

'Zombieland: Double Tap' will arrive in cinemas on October 11th.
