Could Eitri be making a return to the MCU? The upcoming summer blockbuster might have added another star to its never-ending list of talent.

Peter Dinklage could reprise his MCU role in 'Thor: Love and Thunder', according to an updated listing for the movie on IMDb.

If you head on over to the IMDb page for 'Thor: Love and Thunder', a hairstylist for Peter Dinklage has been added to the hair and makeup department crew. The actor still remains absent from the official list of talent starring in the film.

Dinklage, who played giant-sized Eitri, the King of the Dwarves, in 'Avengers: Endgame', had previously been rumoured to be returning to the role. In his first introduction into the film franchise, his character helps Chris Hemsworth's Thor, Vin Diesel's Groot and Bradley Cooper's Rocket Racoon forge a new weapon for the God of Thunder, Stormbreaker. The trio visited Eitri on his home planet of Nidavellir, where Thor's Mjølnir was originally created.

Should this IMDb listing prove to be correct, Peter Dinklage will join the ever-expanding list of talent that is set to appear in the fourth 'Thor' entry. As well as Hemsworth reprising his role, Natalie Portman's Jane Foster will also return, which will see the character become The Mighty Thor.

Chris Pratt, Karen Gillan, Tessa Thompson, Jaime Alexander, Sean Gunn and Taika Waititi will all reprise their respective roles in the MCU for the sequel, which will also add Melissa McCarthy, Christian Bale, Ben Falcone and Russell Crowe to the roster. Matt Damon, Luke Hemsworth and Sam Neill will reprise their roles as actor versions of Loki, Thor and Odin.

'Thor: Love and Thunder' is scheduled for release in cinemas on July 8, 2022. The next entry in the MCU will be 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness', which will arrive on May 6, and will lead directly into 'Thor 4'.
