The original lead of 'Space Jam' will be returning for its sequel after all, it seems.

Titled 'Space Jam: A New Legacy', the follow-up to the 1996 animated/live-action hybrid, is coming to cinemas and HBO Max this summer.

The upcoming movie sees NBA superstar LeBron James team up with Bugs Bunny and the rest of the Looney Tunes.

Previously, it was basketball legend Michael Jordan helping out the Tunes.

There had been no word of Jordan being attached to the 'Space Jam' sequel previously.

But one of the stars of the film might have let something slip...

Aside from LeBron James, the upcoming movie stars Don Cheadle as a rogue artificial intelligence called Al-G Rhythm.

'Star Trek: Discovery's Sonequa Martin-Green plays Kamiyah James, LeBron's wife.

The voice cast includes Jeff Bergman as Bugs Bunny, Sylvester, and Foghorn Leghorn, and Zendaya as Lola Bunny; plus there's Eric Bauza as Daffy Duck and Marvin the Martian, Bob Bergen as Porky Pig and Tweety, Jim Cummings as Tasmanian Devil, and Gabriel Inglesias as Speedy Gonzales.

Cheadle was recently speaking to Access Hollywood and got asked if Michael Jordan might appear in 'Space Jam 2'.

The MCU star revealed: "Michael Jordan is in the movie."

Then he teased: "But not in the way you'd expect it."

What could it mean..?

'Space Jam: A New Legacy' premieres on July 16th.
