It's eventually going to get to a point where you're probably going to be able to watch any movie with any actor in any role.
Yet another deepfake is doing the rounds on YouTube, this time it's Robert Downey Jr. and Tom Holland transported into 'Back To The Future' as Doc Brown and Marty McFly. There's a bit of correlation here, as Holland said he essentially channeled Michael J. Fox's performance from 'Back To The Future' when he played Peter Parker.
Not only that, the high-tech genius with the scrappy kid is basically the dynamic between Tony Stark and Peter Parker, so putting them together in a deepfake of 'Back To The Future' seems kind of inevitable really.
Listen, if we're looking for inspirations for for which movie to deepfake next, how about putting Tom Selleck in the role of Indiana Jones?
