A lot can be lost in translation when you're an actor on the international promo trail, but it's fair to say that there was no mistaking Adam Driver on this occasion.
Driver is currently promoting 'Ferrari' in Europe, and was attending a screening of the film at Poland's Cameraimage festival yesterday when an audience member asked him a question that he did not like.
In a Q&A following the screening, the audience member said "What do you think about crash scenes? They looked pretty harsh, drastic and, I must say, cheesy for me. What do you think?"
Driver did not take well to his film being described as 'cheesy', and bluntly replied "Fuck you, I don’t know. Next question."
Driver plays Enzo Ferrari in the film, which was directed by Michael Mann and is released in Irish cinemas on December 29th, 2023. It also stars Penelope Cruz, Shailene Woodley, Gabriel Leone, Sarah Gadon and Patrick Dempsey.
