Although a trailer did leak earlier this week, EA and DICE have officially launched the trailer for Battlefront II - and there's more to it than what we previously saw.
The big takeaway from this trailer is that Battlefront II will have a single-player campaign, a big complaint that followed the first game right through its production. Even John Boyega - yes, Finn from The Force Awakens - agreed that it should have had a single-player campaign.
When the people in the actual movies are commenting on the state of your games, you know it's time to correct it. What's also interesting as well is that Battlefront II looks like it will tell the story - or at least some of it, anyway - between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens, detailing the rise of the First Order and the fall of the Galactic Empire.
In the single-player campaign, you'll play as Iden - an elite Stormtrooper who's sent to Endor on the eve of the Emperor's death and fights on afterwards to curb the spread of the Rebellion's victory. It's much more darker than recent Star Wars games have gone, and is the first Imperial-centred gameplay story since TIE Fighter back in the early '90s.
Take a look and see for yourself. Battlefront II hits shelves later this year.
