Be aware you will need a Playstation headset to play this game properly.

So Tom Clancy is at it again. Seriously, this guy mustn't sleep! How many movie titles, books and computer games has he put his name to? At last count, four billion – that's a lot!
Endwar however is a bit of a departure from the regular assault games, moving into the RTS genre.

Endwar is trying to move into the territory occupied for some time by Command and Conquer. You control, squads of ground troops, helicopters and tanks. Your aim is to maneuver these squads into positions to take out specific targets. All of this is achieved by issuing commands via the head set.

To be honest the whole affair seems pretty dull, the graphics are nice but the camera is very annoying and is way too close to the ground to get a good view of what is going on.

As real-time strategy games go this doesn't rate high up for me, especially up against the like of Command&Conquer.

Gimmicky and poorly executed.
