It doesn't come as a shock to know that more people are interested in the Modern Warfare remaster than Infinite Warfare.
In fact, Infinite Warfare is now the most DIS-liked trailer in gaming history on YouTube, with a whopping 2.9 MILLION dislikes. Regardless of all that, hopes are high for the remastering of Modern Warfare. However, its former developers - Vince Zampella and Jason West - had some choice words for Infinity Ward and Activision.
"I told them - don't f*** it up," said Zampella in a recent interview. "That's my on the record response. I rang them up and said, honestly, don't f*** it up. It's a huge part of people's gaming memories."
Zampella and West were fired from Infinity Ward - the studio they founded - by Activision for insubordination and went on to form Repsawn Studios, which created Titanfall and are currently working on its upcoming sequel. Activision, however, already under fire for bundling the Modern Warfare remaster with Infinite Warfare's legacy edition, meaning that players will have no choice but to purchase the top-end version of the game in order to play.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is scheduled for a November 4th release.
