Submitted for the approval of the Midnight Society, the story of the Madden Curse is one that stretches back many a year, all the way to 1999. Yes, that's right kids, the '90s.
Legend has it that every star who appears on the cover is struck down the following season with injuries, poor form, or general rubbishness, but is it true? Is the honour of being the face of the league truly tainted with a curse of epic proportions?
Well, to celebrate Madden 15 being released on August 29th over here, the folks at Shirts.com put together a little infographic with all the stats and figures so we have concrete evidence, or otherwise, of the curse.
