GTA has always been controversial but the decision by Rockstar to sell exclusive rights is downright cynical. Before I go on with the review, I am categorically saying DO NOT buy a console based on downloadable content, there is no such thing as forever in gaming and I wouldn't be surprised if, down the line, Playstation pony up the dough for the rights.
If you're lucky enough to own the correct console, I say this: it's good. It's more of what we have come to expect and, for twenty spondoolies, you can't complain. Now, don't be expecting the same scale of a story line; this is more like an episode then a full feature with some new weapons and vehicles to play with. On the downside, I thought they would mix the characters more. But, when you play Lost + D, all of Nico's safehouses etc are locked.
Overall, to be honest I can't help shake the bitter taste in my mouth left by console politics. In recessionary times, it's a disgrace to be so elitist.
