After the success of 'Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered' back in 2016, it's not surprising to anyone that 'Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2' was next up for remastering.

As we've opined previously, the single-player campaign for 'Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2' is the best in the franchise and, so far, that's all that's available with this remastering. However, the other bitter pill is that the game is so far only available on PS4.

PC and Xbox One players will now have to wait until April 30th to play. It's not all bad, however. The game comes with the battle royale spinoff, 'Call of Duty: Warzone' as well as some weapon blueprints and character skins for that game as well.

The game is currently retailing on the PlayStation Store for €24.99, with a physical run unlikely given the current climate. In the meantime, here's the launch trailer.
