CATCHING TIME is a new collection of limited edition Screen prints created by Wicklow based artist Stephanie Sloan over the past year. Inspired by natural forms and landscapes, Sloan creates vibrant screen prints with a strong graphic style. Working with both hand drawn and digital techniques, Sloan finds patterns emerging from nature, creating compositions that capture the energy of natural formations and play of light on surface. With a distinctive style of pared-back elements of intense colour and graphic line and form, Sloan’s artworks sit between realism and abstraction, encouraging the viewer to engage in the detail from macro to the greater organic landscape.
