From the Bodytonic team that have brought you Eatyard Portobello, Dublin’s first permanent street food market and Sunday Sessions at Pot Duggans comes a brand new celebration of food, The Wine & Cheese Festival, happening this August 8th - 11th in the stunning Iveagh Gardens. This is a festival for all wine & cheese fans, we bring all the fun without the intimidation and of course a stellar selection of boutique wine and cheese vendors selling stuff you'll want to drink and buy. Fresh from winning ‘Best Wine Experience’ in Ireland at the 2019 Irish Restaurant Awards we’ll have Green Man Wines pouring their range of artisan wines from quality-driven producers. Wine Lab will be shaking this up, serving wines on tap, with a difference. Expect a thirst quenching, smashable, and delicious summer line up from them. We’re thrilled to have the institution that is Cork’s L’Atitude 51 on board, serving wines from small-scale independent winemakers who favour traditional over commercial methods. Along with bars from Wines Direct, Quintessential Wines, The Winehouse (Trim) and Irish producers Kinsale Mead. And what about the cheese? We’ve joined forces with Sheridans Cheesemongers to offer you some of the finest artisan and farmhouse Irish and international cheeses. The award-winning Corleggy Cheese will have an epic selection of raw cow, goat and sheep milk cheeses. Little Italy, Irelands gourmet Italian importer will be on hand with some of the finest Parmesans, Mozzarella and the rest. We’ll also have The Wooded Pig Irish charcuterie and vegan ‘cheese’ from Beo Kitchen and Dublin’s beloved The Cupcake Bloke will transform into The Cheesecake Bloke for the weekend with an unreal selection of sweet and savoury cheese-focused bakes. Our hot food has one requirement, lots of cheese. Look forward to oozing delights from Handsome Burger, Meltdown, Taco Truck and Zero Zero Pizza.
