The Vodafone Comedy Festival 2019 will take place from the 25th to 28th July at Iveagh Gardens Dublin across five fully seated venues. With over 100 Irish and international names taking to the stage, the festival promises to be a fun-filled weekend of outstanding comedy. This year’s festival is full to the brim with home-grown talent, from household names such as Tommy Tiernan, Dylan Moran, Deirdre O’Kane, David O’Doherty, Foil, Arms & Hog, Alison Spittle, Neil Delamare, Jason Byrne to emerging acts like author, comedian and illustrator Aoife Dooley and online stars Enya Martin, Tony Cantwell & The 2 Johnnies. As podcasts continue to explode in popularity, the festival will feature the best of Irish talent including Blindboy and Lindsey & Jenny from the It Galz Podcast as well as stand up from Deborah Frances-White, host of the international smash hit podcast The Guilty Feminist.
