Brought to you by Mynt, the people behind Belfast based club night YELLO, YELLOPHONIC is the latest and most exciting addition to the thriving festival and club scene in Northern Ireland. Two days of musical mayhem will take place over the bank holiday weekend at the beginning of May with some of the biggest and most respected names in electronic music headlining. Kicking off proceedings at Yello's Cathedral Quarter home Mynt on Saturday 2nd May, House giants Paolo Mojo and Jimpster each headline the venue's two rooms. Both Paolo and Jimpster have rocked Yello to its very core on previous appearances at the club, ensuring day one of the Yellophonic Festival looks set to be a total roadblock (doors: 10pm-6am. Adm: £5 before midnight, £10 after). On Bank Holiday Sunday 3rd May, day two of the festival moves across to Belfast landmark location St George's Market for Yellophonic's huge Warehouse Party. Irrefutably one of the biggest names in dance music, GROOVE ARMADA will headline the event, supported by Tom Middleton, Funkagenda, local hero Scope, AKA Ric McClelland, and Yello's exceptionally talented residents. Tickets for the Sunday night are priced £25 from www.ticketmaster.ie
