A long time in the pipework and now, after a crater load of paperwork, Bodytonic have finally opened their first club venue - The Twisted Pepper. Four intimate areas make up the Twisted Pepper - a dark little basement club (The Basement), live music space (The Stage), mezzanine (The Mezz) & café area (The Cafe). There'll be a variety of weekly shows, club nights, expos, talks & random events. Like all Bodytonic spaces and events, it's primarily driven by local talent, acts and DJs. They've been open a couple of weeks now, by and large keeping things pretty low-key, easy and simple. The official launch Party takes place this Saturday November 8th, to coincide with Stereotonic's 5th Birthday. Ireland's number 1 housemen Fish Go Deep will help get the celebrations going alongside LA Hip-Hip trio Giant Panda who will be rocking out one of their highly animated live shows followed by a MC & DJ set on the Live Stage. The weekend of Nov 13-15th, the venue will open fully & properly. 3 levels & nights in a row of musical diversity and fun. Particular highlights will be the elusive Fake Blood making his Irish debut, dubstep superstar Benga on the Friday, and Sweden's Zeigeist playing their first ever Irish show on Saturday.
