Tuesdays with Morrie is the autobiographical story of Mitch Albom, an accomplished journalist driven solely by his career, and Morrie Schwartz, his former college professor. Sixteen years after graduation, Mitch happens to catch Morrie's appearance on a television news program and learns that his old professor is battling Lou Gehrig's Disease. Mitch is reunited with Morrie, and what starts as a simple visit turns into a weekly pilgrimage and a last class in the meaning of life. It is a heartwarming exploration of friendship and life. It will make you cry, think, feel but above all it will make you laugh.

The critics have been lavish in their praise:

'A touching life-affirming, deeply emotional drama with a generous dose of humour' - The New York Daily News

‘It will do wonderfully well... it is quite a corker. Andrew Murray plays Albom with absolute conviction ranging through the emotions of irritation, guilt and sadness. And Terry Byrne is almost startlingly excellent, utterly believable, physically controlled to perfection." -Emer O’Kelly, Sunday Independent

'The exchanges between the two are so truthful, sharp and humorous that it never descends into sentimentality. Terry Byrne as ‘Morrie’ and Andrew Murray as ‘Mitch’ give memorable performances that are both funny and poignant.' - Michael Moffatt, Mail on Sunday

'Terry Byrne manages to capture perfectly the humour and charm of ‘Morrie’; and ‘Mitch’ is well played by Andrew Murray as a bundle of repressed, ambitious energy'- Carl Dixon, The Irish Examiner

'A tender and touching production graced by two fine actors' - Evening Echo
