The Art of Mindfulness is a practical evening of mindfulness.
Five monastic students of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh will offer clear practical methods to help transform our suffering into joy and find healing and peace. Together we will explore and touch the seeds of peace, joy, happiness, fearlessness, love and kindness that lie within us, helping us to deal with stresses, changes and uncertainties of everyday life. You will take home simple practices and tips that will bring joy & happiness to yourself and those around you
