We are excited and we are hungry for Taste of Dublin 2019. It’s on in the Iveagh Gardens this June 13th to 16th and looks to be a delicious weekend, literally.

There will be food from all corners of Ireland, with top Irish chefs taking culinary risks, fusing Irish and international cuisine, creating revolutionary Irish menus and offering foodies a wonderful, eclectic dining experience.
Over 32,000 people are expected to attend over four days for some fine food, drinks and entertainment.
Not only is there food, but there will be a great selection of musical acts to kick off the summer vibes. From party tunes, to live music, it’s bound to keep everyone in the festival mood. Smash Hits, The Swing Cats, Ryan J, Qween and Spring Break are on the line up for the Taste Entertainment Stage.
“Over the past 14 years, Taste of Dublin has championed Irish Chefs, restaurants and artisan producers who put Dublin on the international culinary map,” said Avril Bannerton, Managing Director of Taste of Dublin.
“This year we are championing the evolving Irish dining experience, the revolutionary new menus and the new dynamic chefs that are changing perceptions of Irish food and the Irish menu.”
One of the highlights will be Taste Brunch. The festival is offering a Taste VIP Brunch ticket for 2019 and included in your ticket price will be the Taste of Dublin VIP experience plus €10 worth of Taste dishes. Early booking is advised for this event. Yum.

There will be cooking demonstrations from chefs such as renowned Irish Chefs Kevin Dundon, Paul Kelly, Ed Cooney, Clodagh McKenna, Rory O’Connell, Sunil Ghai and Edward Hayden as well as the rising stars Chef Mark Moriarty, Holly White, Chef Aoife Noonan and JR Ryall to name a few, at the NEFF Taste Kitchen.
Australian TV Celebrity Chef and My Kitchen Rules Australia judge, the Irish Chef Colin Fassnidge will be making a guest Chef appearance and hosting an exclusive cooking demo.
There will also be signature dishes from top best dining in and around Dublin including Hang Dai, Arisu, Opium, Gralinn, Lil Portie, Bowls by Kwanghi, Adrian’s Manor, Vietnom, Shaka Poke, Nutbutter, Jaru, San Lorenzo’s, Pickle, Jaipur, King Sitric, Pleesecakes, The Exchequer and The Porthouse.
All restaurant dishes at Taste of Dublin will only be €5! Yes, you read that right. Just make sure to remember that the restaurants and bars will only accept card payments.
If you’re looking to get fancy you can book The Urban Picnic a haven of scattered cushions and picnic blankets with specially curated Taste of Dublin Sweet & Savoury Selection, accompanied by a glass of sparkling elderflower or Prosecco.
The Lazy Basics hosted by Regina Wish will be back to show you handy hacks for cooking everything from day-to-day basics to a delicious dinner party, with minimal work.
As well as these events there will be a No Lo Bar by Fentimans with homebrew, Taste Talks, a Fire Pit BBQ, Taste Fusion for trying new things, as VIP Lounge, Friday Fashion & Food, Taste Marketplace for you to stock up on your creative and artisan ingredients.
Father’s Day will also be celebrated at Taste of Dublin 2019, making a trip there a perfect present for any Dad.
