What are you doing for Paddy’s week? It’s that time of year and you’ve no doubt been asked this question numerous times already. Dublin St. Patrick’s Festival
There are five full days of culture, music and entertainment in Dublin for this year’s festival and that’s only taking into account the official Patrick’s Festival programme. There’s the parade, a bunch of céilí, family-friendly events, the I Love my City Events, a road race, walking tours... you get the idea. Check out the full programme here.
Limerick St. Patrick’s Day Festival
Limerick will be playing host to the 43rd International Band Championship this St. Patrick’s Week as well as bringing you all the spectacle of their fantastic St. Patrick’s Day Parade, a trad trail, Céilís, foodmarkets and the St. Patrick’s Festival of Racing in Limerick Racecourse.
Cork St. Patrick’s Festival 2013
The Cork festival features a range of high-quality street-based family oriented events and showcases Cork artisan food. Come join in when the city bursts into life, jam packed with free events, a parade and markets.
Waterford City St. Patrick’s Day 2013
As the oldest City in Ireland, the first City in Ireland to declare St Patrick's Day a national holiday and the home of the Irish Tricolour, Waterford City is the place to celebrate our national holiday. The parade will be led by a surprise Grand Marshall with Waterford connections and the weekend long festival will continue the national celebrations as part of The Gathering
