International film star and proud Corkman Cillian Murphy is heading to the City of the Tribes this summer to star in brand spanking new play Ballyturk, by Enda Walsh for this year's Galway Arts Festival.
Fellow thesps Mikel Murfi and Stephen Rea will be joining Cillian on stage for the play's world premiere in Galway's Black Box Theatre. It will be the opening production of the Festival and is directed by playwright, Enda Walsh.
Other highlights of Galway Arts Festival '14 are Chapatti with Frasier star John Mahoney in the Town Hall Theatre (also having its world premiere) and The Coronas and The National, who'll be hitting the Festival Big Top.
As usual, it's a festival not to be missed. Find out more: www.galwayartsfestival.com
