Artist Trevor Wayman is currently showing a new exhibition of watercolours capturing scenes of natural and historical beauty from county Waterford in the Old Market House Arts Centre, Dungarvan.
Since his first visit to the region over 25 years ago, Trevor has been inspired by the scenery and landscape of the area, and has celebrated it in a broad portfolio of watercolours. Of particular note are images of the Sheds at The Half Way House, Scart Creamery, Marmar Bridges and Stradbally Church.

Trevor was born and raised in London and has worked and travelled widely throughout the Far East, Europe and America. He now has a home in Kilbrien, Co. Waterford with his Irish wife Laura. Following a four year Graphics Arts Course at the London School of Printing he then began his long career in advertising and films. Throughout his time as both an Art Director and Film Producer he always had his sketchbook handy. He has painted and exhibited watercolours of Old Pubs and Shopfronts at The Cork Arts Society and in Dublin. He was a finalist in the Singer and Friedlander Sunday Times Watercolour Competition and has exhibited at the Calman Gallery in London showing his collection of Soho paintings.
