Come to Carlow for the International Pan Celtic Festival 2013. The festival celebrates the Celtic cultures of Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Cornwall, Brittany and the Isle of Man through music, song , dance and language. The streets of Carlow will come alive with music, dance, parades and Celtic street entertainment. Other highlights include 'A Celtic Taste of Carlow' food and craft fair, The Pan Celtic Trad Trail and the Pan Celtic International Song Contest.
