The highlight of the summer festival calendar for many is without doubt Electric Picnic. This year's festival is set to take place in Stadbally, Co Laois on the weekend beginning 4th September. While the line-up is being kept under wraps for now and will be revealed on 15th April (we'll be at the launch, so keep checking back for exclusive announcements!) a few names have leaked out. You may have to take this information with a grain of salt, but we've heard that The Breeders, Bobofunk and Orbital will be making an appearance in Stradbally. Factual information or salacious gossip? Well, you can be the judge of that. The fact remains, though, that if you're a fan of some pretty decent music, a pleasant atmosphere and surrounding yourself with a few thousand generally quite nice, if drunk, people then EP is the festival for you.
