Respected performance artist and champion of the avant garde, David Hoyle drops into Dublin for one night only.

Formerly known as The Divine David, David killed off his alter ego in the form of an Ice pageant at Streatham International Ice Arena in the summer of 2000, actually 'dying' to the strains of David Bowies 'Rock and Roll Suicide’.

He returned in 2006 and now performs regularly at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern in London. This year he has also enjoyed a sold-out run at the prestigious Soho Theatre and his film ‘Uncle David’ is currently showing at film festivals internationally.

Flamboyant, colourful, occasionally ascorbic, David fuses the DNA of both the raven and the peacock. Strutting, extemporising, juggling with many issues - be they banal or contentious - David will satisfy your senses on many different levels.

David’s special guests for this evening will be Dublin’s own Veda and Panti.
