The Crossroads Ceili is back, at the Cabinteely Crossroads on Saturday 26th July 8pm.

The community spirit of the Cabinteely Residence Association, the Tidy Towns team and the Cabinteely Traders will host the annual Dancing at The Crossroads.

The Cabinteely Ceili originated in 1950's in the Carnegie Library, Cabinteely and has once again been renewed. The community decided to commemorate the wonderful spirit of Mary Hegarty throughout her life, in the village. The Ceili has continued each year since under the guidance of Pat O'Connor and her hard working team.

After a short absence, The Crossroads Ceili is back, and will allow the crowds dance to the beat of Sean Norman and his Ceili band, featuring Fear Na Ti Mr Jimmy Brennan. With the Ceili in its twelfth year it promises to be an even larger event, hoping to catch the support of family and dancers.

Cabinteely Village is becoming a central hub for meet and greet, with a vibrant range of new businesses, the arrival of new eateries, new friendships being created, embracing that community spirit and new experiences that welcome everyone. So bring your friends and family to the Crossroads Ceili, it promises to be a night to be remembered. Come, meet your neighbours, friends and enjoy the night, learn to Ceili dance, if you wish and enjoy yourself!

So don't miss this Crossroads celebration at the new location in front of St.Bridget's Church, Cabinteely on July 26th. Dancing starts at 8.00pm so book your partners early and enjoy.
