To celebrate the Guinness Micro Museum pop-up at Pygmalion for St Patrick’s week, we're giving one lucky winner lunch and pints for themselves and 4 of their friends worth €100!
Pygmalion, one of Dublin’s best loved pubs, restaurants, and clubs, has partnered with one of Ireland’s most famous brands, Guinness, to create a Guinness Micro Museum within their Pyg complex at Powerscourt Town House!
The self-guided walk-through experience, which is open until Saturday 19th March, explores the story of Guinness through the ages. It showcases iconic moments in the heritage and progression of the brand through the years, offering an interactive and fun cultural experience that you won’t want to miss!
One of the highlights on display in the Guinness Micro Museum is a replica of the original 9,000-year lease for the world-famous St. James’s Gate brewery that was signed and sealed in 1759 by Arthur Guinness himself.

You’ll also learn about the introduction of the brand’s trademark label, the harp; see Guinness’s first advertisement; and discover more about draught Guinness, the world’s first nitrogenated beer.
As well as being an interesting cultural experience, the Guinness Micro Museum at Pygmalion also has some great photo opportunities for the week that’s in it, including a replica of the famous Guinness branded gates.

The best bit? It’s free.
Owner of Pygmalion, Paul McGlade, said, “We’re delighted to create this special experience with Guinness for St Patrick’s week, as it’s such an iconic Irish brand. Come on in and don’t have FOMS -fear of missing ‘st’out!”
The Guinness Micro Museum at the Pygmalion complex in Powerscourt Town House on South William Street opened Friday 11th March and runs for one week until Saturday 19th March, from 12pm to 6pm daily.
