Holy sh*tballs. We are now officially in a glass case of emotion. We thought movie news couldn't get any more exciting than Star Wars coming to Dublin to hold auditions but low and behold, it gets better: the cast and filmmakers of Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues are COMING TO DUBLIN.
Just in time for Christmas too. The whole gang will be there, Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell), Steve Carrell (Brick), Paul Rudd (Brian Fantana), David Koechner (Champ) and director Adam McKay.
They'll be here for the jazziest (the j is silent) of premieres to be held at the Savoy Cinema on December 9th.
We cannot contain our excitement.
Film synopsis: With the 70's behind him, San Diego's top rated newsman, Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell), returns to the news desk in "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues." Also back for more are Ron’s co-anchor and wife, Veronica Corningstone (Christina Applegate), weather man Brick Tamland (Steve Carell), man on the street Brian Fontana (Paul Rudd) and sports guy Champ Kind (David Koechner) - all of whom won’t make it easy to stay classy…while taking the nation’s first 24-hour news channel by storm.
