Sorry if it sounds like we're shouting while also hyperventilating because we are. After leaking online last night, Marvel pushed the release of the first trailer for the sequel to arguably the best ensemble superhero movie ever forward by a week and right into our laps and eyeballs this morning and to say it's good is a massive understatement.
Marvel being Marvel, they had a little joke about the leak as well, before unleashing the official trailer in all its HD goodness upon us.
Dammit, Hydra.

Starring Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Samuel L. Jackson, Elizabeth Olsen, Aaron Johnson and Jeremy Renner, Avengers: Age of Ultron could not have us more excited. The sequel to 2012's Avengers Assemble, or The Avengers as every calls it, Age of Ultron sees our heroes showing down with the titular Ultron, played by James Spader, a version of Tony Stark's evolution of the Iron Man technology which starts thinking for itself and deciding that the human race is not worth keeping around.
It seems all is not happy between our various Avengers, with Iron Man having to put on what looks like a second suit on top of his normal one to deal with Hulk, while Thor is busy giving Tony Stark a good old fashioned Darth Vader choke and lift and all of our heroes are looking scared and dejected in some damp and dark location while the James Spader voiced Ultron gets us rightly creeped out and feeling very forebodey.
We also got our first look at the quite dark and menacing poster which also feels very foreboding. We can't help but feel that one of our favourites may actually bite the bullet in this one.
Come back to us when we're breathing again.
Avengers: Age of Ultron is set for release in May 2015, which suddenly feels very far away.
