One film we've been eagerly looking forward to in 2016 is Ben Wheatley's High-Rise, an adaptation of J.G. Ballard's deliriously depraved sci-fi novel from 1975.

The film, which boasts a cast that includes Tom Hiddleston, Luke Evans, Sienna Miller, Jeremy Irons, Elisabeth Moss and many more, is set for release on March 18th, 2016.

Wheatley, who's known for keeping a tight lid on his work, finally shared the first teaser for the film that's done as a sort of in-universe advertisement for the titular building.

As you can tell, it's all about to go very, VERY wrong. Take a look.

If you haven't read the book, it's probably better that you go in to see this with no knowledge beforehand.

It's also pretty funny that Hiddleston, who lends his voice to advertisements for Jaguar, is being used here for this. Anyway, High-Rise is due for release in March of this year and we can expect a proper trailer in the next few days.
