Blade Runner 2049 is possibly the most highly anticipated sci fi epic coming to our screens before the end of the year (that and Star Wars Episode VIII, obvs) so every new teaser released for the movie has us super psyched.

Denis Villeneuve is directing the sequel to Scott Ridley’s 1982 game-changing classic and in order to fill in a few blanks between the original and the new film (bearing in mind that a lot can happen in 30 years of dystopian Los Angeles), Villeneuve is releasing three short films ahead of Blade Runner 2049’s release on October 6th.

The first short focused on Jared Leto’s Jared Leto’s villainous Niander Wallace while the latest is titled 2048: Nowhere to Run. The short is directed by Jake Scott (son of Ridley) and focusses on Dave Bautista’s (who played Drax in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 earlier this year) Sapper Montan, who is revealed to be replicant.

It’s all getting increasingly intriguing…
