In tragic news, Star Trek and Fright Night actor Anton Yelchin has been killed in what authorities describe as a freak accident.
Yelchin, who was just 27 years old, was found by friends outside his home when he failed to turn up for a rehearsal.
The circumstances of his death are extremely strange, with TMZ saying he was somehow pinned between his car and a brick mailbox. It's unclear why he got out of his car, but foul play is not suspected.
Incredibly tragic, Yelchin was a talented actor with a huge career ahead of him. Our thoughts are with his nearest and dearest.
