The 89-year-old star of Casablanca reportedly died at her home in New York on Tuesday.
The estate of her late husband Humphrey Bogart confirmed the news on Twitter, writing

A member of the late The Big Sleep star's family told TMZ she died of a massive stroke at her home on Tuesday morning.
One of the leading ladies of the Golden Age of Hollywood, Lauren starred in a string of acclaimed movies, including How to Marry a Millionaire, Designing Woman, Key Largo and The Mirror Has Two Faces, after which she married her co-star Humphrey in 1945.
The couple, who had a son, Stephen, and a daughter, Leslie, were together until his death in 1957.
The blonde later went on to date Frank Sinatra before marrying Jason Robards in 1961, with whom she had one son, Sam, before their divorce in 1969.
Lauren, who received an Honorary Academy Award for her work in 2009, recently appeared on an episode of Family Guy and is rumoured to have a role in the upcoming film, Trouble Is My Business.
