Do we need to know why? No. It's nice to know, sure, but there's no need to know why. In fact, the real question is why it WASN'T there already.
There should be semi-naked statues of Jeff Goldblum everywhere. You should be able to buy as a garden ornaments, like. The statue, of course, was a stunt as part of Now TV's campaign for the 25th anniversary of the release of 'Jurassic Park' in cinemas - but again, not important because Jeff Goldblum semi-naked is its own reward.
Come, child - gaze upon its image and know peace.
25ft Jeff Goldblum statue pops up in London to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Jurassic Park, which was June 11th, a month ago. Also none of the movie was filmed in London nor is Jeff Goldblum a native of the English capital. So let's just bask in its nonsensical glory. pic.twitter.com/TKQKozleMn
