Will and Grace star Sean Hayes is set to play Larry in The Farrelly Brother's version of The Three Stooges, according to Deadline.com.
James Marsden was previously thought to be the favourite for the role, with Hank Azaria as Moe. But the only confirmed cast member was Will Sasso, with Hayes now joining him - marking a crazy casting roundabout for the comedy that initially had Jim Carrey, Sean Penn and Benico Del Toro set to star.
The budget has now apparently been cut to $30 million, which would not have paid the salaries of the previous three cast members.
