It's fair to say that the original Jurassic Park, like a most of Steven Spielberg's fantastical films, pulled off that rare thing that is the suspension of disbelief.

While 2015's latest installment for the franchise, Jurassic World doesn't quite capture the same magic, there's no denying that some of the special effects in that movie are amazing.

Have you ever wanted to take a peek behind the curtain and see how they managed to pull off authentic raptor movements? (or at least we assume they're authentic we don't know that many raptors.) Well thanks to the good people over at Industrial Lights and Magic, you can. They've released a sample video online to show how some of the effects in the movie were done. Long story short? Motion capture is in. Animatronics are out.
