Werner Herzog is spoiling his fans of late. Less than a month after his latest documentary about the internet, Lo and Behold, hits theaters, he's releasing a new one on Netflix.
Into the Inferno examines humanity's fascination with volcanoes. It sees the legendary director travel to several active volcanoes around the world and interact with the people and communities that live close by.
The trailer combines a trifecta of Herzog's endearing narration, the natural beauty of the volcanic eruptions and synthy score. If this is just a sliver of what we can expect from the finished film, then October 28th simply can't come soon enough.
