If you're looking for robo-dino-action and plenty of Optimus Prime this morning, then congrats, you've won the jackpot, as Paramount have just released a brand spanking new trailer for the forthcoming fourth iteration of the Transformers movie franchise, Transformers: Age of Extinction.

We may be down a LaBeouf and a Fox, but that doesn't mean we're in for anything less than before if the latest trailer is anything to go by. We get our first proper glimpse at the evil that Stanley Tucci's character appears to be up to, more of Marky Mark and his daughter-in-distress and plenty of robot on robot action (not that kind of action now, the Michael Bay kind). We also get a few more glimpses of our own homegrown action man Jack Reynor as he runs, jumps and saves the girl in typical Michael Bay fashion.

In short, Transformers: Age of Extinction is basically robot aliens versus robot other robot aliens, some of which have robot dinosaurs on their side. Robots, explosions, damsels, Mark Wahlberg. Lather, rinse, repeat. Pretty much exactly what you'd want from a Transformers summer blockbuster no?

Transformers: Age of Extinction is expected in Irish cinemas on July 10th.
