It really, really is.
Late last night, director James Gunn debuted the latest trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 online and pretty much knocked everyone off their feet. While there was little in the way of plot or storyline, it did give us a general feeling about the film and, as well as this, our first song off the coveted soundtrack.
The song, for anyone who didn't clock it, is the 1975 hit Fox On The Run by English glam rock band The Sweet. If you watched BBC's Life On Mars, their music was on that. Ballroom Blitz is their most well-known song, admittedly, but Fox On The Run's pretty decent too.
Anyway, the trailer. It's really good. Gunn always seems to have a good idea of the right blend of comedy and action in his films and this looks to be no different. Oh, and we're calling it now, Baby Groot is going to be the must-have plushy toy / talking thing / merch / whatever of 2017.
If we don't see a toddler cosplaying as Baby Groot after this is released, we're going to be very upset.
